VA Exempts You from Expenses

Fulfilling the responsibilities of a marketing agent leaves no time to the small business owners to pay attention to the administrative tasks. Either they have to spend the evenings to complete them or put them off for the next day. As humans we all have many other social obligations than just to focus entirely on the business. When you go out for a social gathering at your friends or relatives house, it means that your day’s work is left pending and you will have to work extra hard the next day. Building backlogs and then completing them the next day is not healthy for the business and your own health also.

Instead of torturing yourself with the hectic routine it is better to hire a virtual administrative assistant. It is understandable that you being the owner of a single handedly operated business cannot afford to hire a personal assistant. There are many liabilities to be fulfilled when hiring someone other than yourself to assist you in the office. The first most troublesome thing is providing the office atmosphere to your worker so that he remains motivated. A small office cannot accommodate both of you and that will mean you need an office big enough to handle the presence of at least two people at the same time.

With a bigger office, the rent automatically increases. Then comes the utility bills that rise in connection to the office size and space. To light up a bigger space you will need more lighting which will easily consume more watts than you are already paying for. The monthly increase in your expenses means that your share of profits is going down. If you need to keep them the same as before, you will need to work extra hard and this is not possible always. Then at the end of every month you will have to release the payments for the rent, bills and the biggest tension of your life, the assistant’s salary. The tax that is generated against his salary will also be paid by you and after all these spending; your profit will be hitting the bottom.

But when you hire a virtual administrative assistant, you are exempted from all these extras. Your assistant works from a remote place and gets paid a fee that is tax free. You get to keep the same office and bear the same expenses as before with a simple addition of the virtual assistant’s fee. Other than that you have nothing more to lose and you get free time to enjoy daily.
